摘要
超临界流体萃取技术是利用超临界流体作为溶剂,将可溶组分的溶质从固体或液体中萃取出来使其实现分离的技术。超临界流体萃取技术作为一种十分理想的提取天然药物的分离手段,具备了能保留天然药物所有有效成分的优点。而这些天然药物的有效成分主要包括黄酮类化合物、糖苷类化合物、生物碱、萜类化合物、香豆素等物质。
Supercritical fluid is used as solvent to extract the solute of soluble components from solid or liquid to achieve the effect of separation,which is called supercritical fluid extraction.Supercritical fluid extraction(supercritical fluid extraction),as a very ideal extraction method for extracting natural drugs,has the advantages of keeping all the effective components of natural drugs.The effective components of these natural drugs include flavonoids,glycosides,alkaloids,terpenoids andcoumarins.
