摘要
为了满足电网并网导则的要求,风能变流器等产品中需设计能量泄放单元,以实现故障穿越时,正常运行。泄放单元IGBT的安全性评估的重要依据是结温,本文分析了泄放单元选型设计及IGBT热阻模型,给出了一种评估IGBT瞬态结温的方法。
In order to fulfil the grid code,the wind power converter designed the energy release unit,which could protect safety of the converter when the FRT operation process.The key point of the energy release unit is IGBT,its junction temperature is the most important criterion of the safety estimation and analysis.The article presents a method of IGBT transient junction temperature estimation,and relative simulation to reveal its process.
