摘要
针对工业环境中AGV远程视频监控与调度控制系统不稳定、数据传输效率低、数据存储不安全的问题,提出一种基于C/S结构与B/S结构相结合的AGV监控管理系统。主要利用C#语言和.NET技术相结合的方式,在VS2015操作平台上以SQL Server 2016为数据管理系统,完成了对仓库AGV实时监控、调度管理、数据采集、数据查询、故障检测等功能的设计。实验结果表明,AGV监控管理系统运行稳定、可靠,提高了数据传输的效率,优化了对AGV的远程视频监控与调度管理。
Aiming at the problems of instability,low data transmission efficiency and unsafe data storage in AGV remote video monitoring and dispatching control system in industrial environment,an AGV monitoring and management system based on the combination of C/S structure and B/S structure is proposed.mainly using the combination of C#language and.NET technology,using SQL Server 2016 data management system on the VS2015 operation platform,completed the design of AGV real-time monitoring,scheduling management,data acquisition,data query,fault detection.Testing results show that the AGV monitoring and management system is stable and reliable,improves the efficiency of data transmission and optimizes the AGV remote video monitoring and scheduling management.
