摘要
目的:建立用上颌骨指标推断下颌骨主要指标的回归方程,为颌面外科手术的设计提供参考。方法:选用成年男性含下颌骨的颅骨135例,测量指标共计26项,设下颌骨指标为应变量y1~19,上颌骨指标为自变量x1~7。按体质人类学测量方法进行测量,将所得数据用统计分析软件SPSS 17.0进行频数分布分析及探索性分析检测数据的真实性,然后进行线性回归分析。结果:建立了用上颌骨指标推断下颌骨主要指标的一元线性回归方程。对方程进行统计分析,其中r≥0.40,P<0.001的对应方程有34个。结论:本研究所得方程,可用于利用上颌骨对下颌骨主要指标的推断,为人类学提供数据。
Objective:To establish the regression equation to estimate the main mandible index through the maxilla index and to provide reference for the design and operation of craniomaxillofacial surgery.Methods:One hundred and thirty five adult male mandibles were used to measure 26 items by the physical anthropology measuring method.The mandible index was supposed as dependent variables y 1~19,and the maxilla index as independent variables x 1~7.The data with frequencies,erosstabs and regression analysis were studied by statistical software SPSS 17.0.Results:One-factor linear regression equations were established.After the evaluation,it was proved that the equations had statistical value.There were 34 partnership equations in condition of r≥0.40,P<0.001.Conclusion:These equations can be used to estimate the mandible index through the maxilla index so as to provide data for anthropology.
