开发项目的文化重塑,是城市滨水历史地段文化重塑的重要方法,文章以襄阳贾家洲水环境治理与综合开发规划方案为例,诠释了在该项目规划设计中,采用的城市滨水历史地段的文化重塑的3种方法:以多元文化为媒,传统文化与现代科学的有机融合,串联众多开发模块的思路转型;塑造历史文化脉络,融合城市肌理与文化内涵,剖析空间要素的界定与应用。理水营城的保护开发模式,以人为本、道法自然,注重养生的建城思路。

Cultural remolding of development projects are significant ways to revitalize city culture in urban waterfront and history region.This paper takes Xiangyang Jiajiazhou water environment governance and comprehensive development plan as an example,annotates 3 methods of cultural remolding in the historical area of the urban waterfront in the planning and design of the project.The first method is transition of ideas,based on multi-culture,to connect various development modes and combine traditional culture with modern science organically;Second,analysis of spatial elements can help vein construction of history and culture to combine city texture with cultural connotation;Third,green development mode based on water treatment and city building,and urban planning idea based on people,nature,Taoism and healthy life.
