非完整框架超高层不落地钢柱临时支撑施工技术研究与应用

摘要 基于国信金融大厦塔楼立面折线形钢结构空腔施工实践,在具有不落地钢柱的非完整框架空腔结构施工中,运用计算机施工仿真验算和施工过程模拟技术,通过设置临时支撑的方式进行结构框架体系转换,解决非完整框架不落地钢柱施工技术难题。文章着重介绍了临时支撑拆除过程的关键控制点和施工要求。 Based on theconstruction practice of facade folded steel structure cavity of Guoxin Financial Building tower,in the construction of nonholonomic frame cavity structure with non-landing steel column,the computer construction simulation,checking calculation and construction process simulation technology are used,in order to solve the technical problem of construction of non-complete frame and non-landing steel column,the structural frame system transformation is carried out by setting temporary support.The key control points and construction requirements in the process of temporary support removal are emphatically introduced.
