基于自主学习平台以岗位胜任力为导向的“混合式教(导)+学”理念及其实践 被引量:19

摘要 在大量的文献调研和实践基础上,建设依托本校的国家级实验教学示范中心和国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心的十几个实践教学模块,提出了以岗位胜任力为导向的"混合式教(导)+学"理念,构建了"混合式教(导)+学"移动在线教学平台,全方位、多维度地培养本科生的岗位胜任力和创新实践能力,并在全国多所高校进行实践、示范和推广,取得显著效果。 Based on a large amount of literature survey and preliminary practice,supported by more than a dozen practical teaching modules of the school's National Experimental Education Demonstration Center and National Virtual&Simulation Experimental Education Center,we propose the concept of“Competency-oriented Blended Teaching(guiding)+Learning”,and establish a mobile online“Blended Teaching(guiding)+Learning Course Platform”,which aims to cultivate undergraduates'post competency and innovative practical ability in an all-dimensional manner.Remarkable results have been achieved in demonstration and promotion of this concept in many domestic colleges and universities.
