Improving quality is the eternal theme of the development of higher vocational education.In order to improve the quality of talents training,higher vocational colleges must closely follow the development of industry and enterprises and talents needs,set up professional clusters with regional principles,innovate the collaborative education system with the principle of integration,innovate the talents training mode with professional principle,build the professional curriculum system with the principle of post,build the“coaching”teaching team with practical principle,build the practical training platform for educating people with the principle of sharing,implement education and teaching activities with the principle of synergy,and carry out the diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality with the open principle.Only in this way can talents training truly meet the needs of industrial development.
