摘要
综合职业能力代表着新时代职业教育人才培养的目标与方向,阐述综合职业能力的内涵,分析商科专业特点与课程改革的意义,提出综合职业能力本位下职业院校商科专业课程改革的系统化策略:重视通用技能培养,开展跨专业实训;基于典型工作任务,开发学习性任务;构建实战商业环境,推进行动导向教学;加强教学过程考核,构建多元化评价体系;加强综合职业能力本位下课程资源建设。
Comprehensive vocational ability represents the goal and direction of talents training in vocational education in the new era.This article discusses the connotation of comprehensive vocational ability,analyzes the characteristics of business major and the significance of curriculum reform,then puts forward the systematic strategies for the business major curriculum reform under com?prehensive vocational ability standard:paying attention to general skills training and carrying out cross-major practical training,de?veloping learning tasks based on typical working tasks,constructing actual business environment and promoting action-oriented teaching,strengthening teaching process evaluation and constructing multi-evaluation system,and strengthening curriculum resourc?es construction under comprehensive vocational ability standard.
