从中医“瘀”、“热”、“毒”分析活血清营解毒法治疗冠心病胸痹的可行性

Analysis of the feasibility of detoxication through promoting blood circulation and clearing the nutrient aspects in treating chest palsy induced by coronary heart disease from the perspective of "stasis", "fever" and "toxin" in traditional Chinese medicin

目的:从中医"瘀"、"热"、"毒"分析活血清营解毒法治疗冠心病胸痹的可行性。方法:将2016年1月至2017年1月收治的冠心病胸痹患者86例作为研究对象,抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用活血清营解毒法治疗,比较两种方式的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血流动力学低于对照组(P<0.05),心绞痛缓解程度高于对照组(χ~2=7.678,P=0.005),心电图缓解程度高于对照组(χ~2=6.198,P=0.012),两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:冠心病胸痹可采用活血清营解毒法治疗,该方法具有较高的治疗效果,患者症状改善明显,具有应用推广的价值。

Objective:To analyze the feasibility of detoxication through promoting blood circulation and clearing the nutrient aspects in treating chest palsy induced by coronary heart disease from the perspective of"stasis","fever"and"toxin"in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:86 patients with chest palsy induced by coronary heart disease hospitalized from January 2016 to January 2017 were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received the conventional treatment while the observation group received detoxication through promoting blood circulation and clearing the nutrient aspects,the therapeutic effects compared.Results:After treatment,the hemodynamics of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the angina in the observation group was better relieved than that of the control group(χ2=7.678,P=0.005);The degree of ECG remission in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=6.198,P=0.012);there was no significant adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Detoxication through promoting blood circulation and clearing the nutrient aspects is very effective in treating chest palsy induced by coronary heart disease,with the patients'symptoms improved significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
