耳穴压豆联合中频脉冲电治疗在预防痔病术后尿潴留疗效的观察

Observation on the curative effect of auricular acupoint combined with intermediate frequency pulse electricity on preventing urinary retention after hemorrhoid operation

目的:分析耳穴压豆联合中频脉冲电治疗预防痔病术后尿潴留患者的临床效果。方法:以78例预防痔病术后尿潴留的患者为研究目标,以抽签的方式分为两组,各39例,治疗组给予耳穴压豆联合中频脉冲电治疗,对照组给予电针治疗,对比治疗后的临床效果、第1次排尿时间、排尿量和平均尿流率。结果:治疗后,相比于对照组,治疗组的临床效果较好(χ~2=5.185,P=0.022),第1次排尿时间较短(χ~2=3.789,P=0.000),平均尿流率(χ~2=3.064,P=0.003)和排尿量(χ~2=4.764,P=0.000)也较好。结论:实施耳穴压豆联合中频脉冲电治疗预防痔病术后尿潴留,作用缓和且恢复时间较短,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ear acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulse electric therapy on preventing urinary retention after hemorrhoid operation.Methods:78 patients with urinary retention after hemorrhoids operation were divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ear acupressure and intermediate frequency pulse therapy.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture.The clinical effect,the first urination time,urine output and the average urinary flow rate were analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better(χ2=5.185,P=0.022),the first urination time was shorter(χ2=3.789,P=0.000),and the average urinary flow rate and the urine output were also better(χ2=3.064,P=0.003;χ2=4.764,P=0.000).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ear acupuncture combined with middle frequency pulse electric therapy on patients with urinary retention after hemorrhoids is obvious,with shorter recovery time.It is worthy to be popularized.
