摘要
目的:了解当前住院医师医学人文素养的培育现状,为探索医学人文素养培育模式改革提供依据。方法:对部分三甲医院在读的临床医学硕士生和住院医师规培学员采用问卷调查的方法收集信息。结果:共回收469份有效问卷。数据分析显示,住院医师对医学人文培训重视程度还有待进一步加强,且参加培训的目的存在功利性;医院开展医学人文培训的频率较低,培训方法较单一陈旧,缺乏新颖性,不能与住院医师工作实际有机结合;住院医师对于医院开展的培训形式和内容还有新的期待。结论:各方要加强重视,积极培育医学人文素养;创新形式,注重与工作实际相契合;丰富文化,发挥医院文化育人功能;纳入考核,完善人文关怀激励机制,进一步提升住院医师的医学人文素养。
Objective:To study the status quo of the cultivation of medical humanistic quality in residents and to provide the basis for exploring the reform of the cultivation model of medical humanistic quality.Methods:Information was collected about some of the postgraduates and the residents who were receiving normalized training in three first-class hospitals by using questionnaires.Results:A total of 469 valid questionnaires were collected.Data analysis showed that residents should pay more attention to medical humanistic training and their purpose of participation in training there was utilitarian.The frequency of medical humanistic training in hospitals was low;the training methods were humdrum,obsolete and lack of novelty,which could not be combined with the actual work of the residents.Residents also had new expectations for the form and content of training conducted by hospitals.Conclusions:All parties should pay more attention to actively cultivating medical humanistic quality,form innovation,combining work with reality,enriching culture,giving full play to the hospital's culturing and educating people,introducing the assessment of one's performance,improving humanistic care incentives and further enhancing the residents'medical humanistic quality.
