摘要
设计了时域光学干涉层析成像装置,对平面镜进行了测试,讨论了装置的分辨率;同时对单层透明胶带进行单点轴向扫描,成功探测到胶带的反射界面;最后利用多次测试结果对系统的性能进行了分析.
A time-domain optical coherence tomography(TD-OCT)system for laboratory based on the structure of Michelson interferometer TD-OCT was designed.The imaging experiments of plane mirror were conducted and the resolution of the system was discussed.Using the device,the single-layer transparent tape was scanned and the reflective interface was successfully detected.Finally the performances of this OCT system were analyzed depending on multiple test results.
