This article reviews the diagnostic criteria of the endometrium of the Lynch syndrome,the genetic diversity,the screening strategy and the prevention and treatment of the endometrium,in order to explore the progress of endometrial carcinoma in Lynch syndrome,and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
