激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的效果

Laser photocoagulation combined with iodized lecithin tablets in the treatment of central serous choroidal retinopathy

目的:探讨激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的效果。方法:收治中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者60例,对照组采用激光光凝眼底治疗,观察组采用激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且观察组平均视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation combined with iodized lecithin tablets in the treatment of central serous choroidal retinopathy.Methods:60 patients with central serous choroidal retinopathy were selected.The control group were treated with laser photocoagulation,and the observation group were treated with laser photocoagulation and fundus combined with iodized lecithin tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the average visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser photocoagulation combined with iodized lecithin tablets in the treatment of central serous choroidal retinopathy is effective.
