摘要
目的:观察外科手术治疗耐多药肺结核病(MDR-PTB)的效果。方法:回顾性分析外科手术治疗的MDR-PTB患者78例的病历资料,分析外科手术治疗MDR-PTB的效果。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术操作,术后并发症发生率21.79%(17/78)。结论:外科手术治疗MDR-PTB的治愈率较高,术后并发症发生率相对较低。
Objective:To observe the effect of surgery in the treatment of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB).Methods:The data of 78 cases of patients with MDR-PTB treated with surgery were analyzed retrospectively,and the effect of surgery in the treatment of MDR-PTB was analyzed.Results:All patients completed the operation successfully,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 21.79%(17/78).Conclusion:Surgery in the treatment of MDR-PTB had higher cure rate and relatively lower incidence of postoperative complications.
