低能量体外冲击波治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Low energy extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis

目的:探讨低能量体外冲击波治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者28例,随机分为两组。对照组给予中药治疗,试验组给予体外冲击波联合中药治疗。比较两组治疗前后前列腺炎症状指数量表(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:试验组治疗后IPSS、VAS、NIH-CPSI评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:低能量体外冲击波治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low energy extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of typeⅢB prostatitis.Methods:28 cases of patients with typeⅢB chronic prostatitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine,and the experiment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese medicine,the NIH-CPSI scores,IPSS scores and VAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the IPSS score,VAS score and NIH-CPSI score of the experiment group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Low energy extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of typeⅢB prostatitis had significant clinical effect.
