左归丸加减内服配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎近期疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨左归丸加减内服配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的近期疗效。方法:收治肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。除常规治疗方案外,治疗组辨证给予口服左归丸加减,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。对照组仅行关节腔注射玻璃酸钠。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者膝关节视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及WOMAC膝骨关节炎评分系统(WOMAC)评分较对照组均明显改善。结论:左归丸加减内服配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎近期疗效满意。 Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of Zuo Gui pill oral adjusted with Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney type were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.In addition to the routine treatment,the treatment group was given oral administration of Zuo Gui pill and intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the control group only received intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Results:After the treatment,the knee visual analogue scale(VAS)score and WOMAC knee osteoarthritis score system(WOMAC)score of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group.Conclusion:Oral Zuo Gui pill adjusted with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the liver and kidney deficiency.
