推拿联合针刺治疗肩周炎临床效果分析

Clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:探讨推拿联合针刺治疗肩周炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收治肩周炎患者30例,采用推拿联合针刺治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治愈18例,显效8例,有效2例,无效2例。结论:推拿联合针刺治疗肩周炎能促进肩关节功能恢复,复发率低。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:30 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,they were treated with massage combined with acupuncture,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,18 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid.Conclusion:Massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can promote shoulder joint function recovery,and the recurrence rate was low.
