病毒性肝炎患者常见的化验指标及其临床意义

Common laboratory markers and their clinical significance in patients with viral hepatitis

目的:探讨病毒性肝炎患者常见的化验指标及其临床意义。方法:收治病毒性肝炎患者34例作为研究组,选取同期健康体检者34例作为对照组。比较化验结果。结果:研究组患者可溶性CD30、ALT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可溶性CD30和ALT可作为病毒性肝炎患者常见的化验指标。

Objective:To explore the common laboratory indexes and clinical significance of viral hepatitis.Methods:A total of 34 patients with viral hepatitis were selected as the study group,34 healthy persons were selected as the control group,and then their results were compared.Results:The levels of soluble CD30 and ALT in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soluble CD30 and ALT can be used as common laboratory markers in patients with viral hepatitis.
