DSCT评价AMI患者急诊PCI术后支架通畅性和左心室功能的价值

摘要 目的:探讨采用双源CT(DSCT)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后支架的通畅性、进行左室心功能评价的临床价值。方法:收治PCI治疗的AMI患者57例作为研究对象,于PCI术后12个月给予DSCT、冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,观察再狭窄发生率和左室心功能情况。结果:术后12个月DSCT检测患者左室舒张末期容积(EDV)、每搏输出量(SV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)与超声心动图检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DSCT对AMI患者PCI后支架的通畅性、左室心功能进行评价具有较高的临床价值。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of dual source CT(DSCT)in evaluating the patency and left ventricular function of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:57 cases of AMI patients treated with PCI were treated as the subjects,DSCT and coronary angiography(CAG)were given 12 months after PCI,and the incidence of restenosis and left ventricular function were observed.Results:There were no difference of the end diastolic volume(EDV)of left ventricular,stroke volume(SV),end systolic volume(ESV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were compared between the echocardiography and DSCT at 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:DSCT had high clinical value in evaluating the stent patency and left ventricular function in patients with AMI after PCI.
