痛风性关节炎的X线、CT和MRI诊断价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value of X-ray,CT and MRI in gouty arthritis

目的:探讨CT、X线、MRI诊断痛风性关节炎的效果。方法:收治痛风性关节炎患者66例,分为组一、组二和组三。组一采用MRI诊断,组二采用CT诊断,组三采用X线诊断,比较3组诊断效果。结果:组一诊断检出率优于组二与组三(P<0.05)。结论:MRI诊断痛风性关节炎患者的效果优于CT与X线。

Objective:To investigate the effect of CT,X-ray and MRI in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis.Methods:66 patients with gouty arthritis were selected,they were divided into the one group,the two group and the three group,the one group was diagnosed with MRI,the two group was diagnosed with CT,and the three group was diagnosed by X-ray,we compared the diagnostic results of the three groups.Results:In the one group,the diagnostic rate was superior to the two group and the three group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI was superior to CT and X-ray in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis.
