超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C与冠状动脉斑块性质的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素C(Cystatin C)与冠状动脉斑块性质的关系。方法:将冠心病患者100例分为4组。比较各组血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素C(Cystatin C)。结果:软斑块组、混合性斑块组、硬斑块组hs-CRP均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。软斑块组hs-CRP明显高于硬斑块组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。软斑块组Cystatin C水平高于硬斑块组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉CT可有效地检测冠脉斑块的性质,血浆超敏C反应蛋白、Cystatin C与冠状动脉斑块性质关系密切。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma hypersensitivity C reactive protein,cystatin C and coronary atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into four groups.Plasma hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cystatin C(cystatin C)in each group were compared.Results:The hs-CRP of soft plaque group,mixed plaque group and hard plaque group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hs-CRP in soft plaque group was significantly higher than that in hard plaque group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of cystatin C in soft plaque group was higher than that in hard plaque group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary CT could detect the nature of coronary plaques effectively.Plasma hypersensitivity C reactive protein,cystatin C were closely related to the nature of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.
