乳腺钼靶联合MRI检查在老年乳腺癌诊断中的价值分析

Value analysis of mammography combined with MRI examination in the diagnosis of elderly breast cancer

目的:探索老年乳腺癌患者应用乳腺钼靶联合MRI诊断的价值。方法:收治老年女性乳腺疾病患者95例,给予乳腺钼靶摄影、乳腺MRI检查以及病理学诊断。结果:MRI联合乳腺钼靶检查诊断符合率高于MRI检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI联合乳腺钼靶检查诊断符合率高于乳腺钼靶检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺钼靶联合MRI检查可提高老年乳腺癌患者的诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of mammography combined with MRI examination in elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods:95 cases of elderly women with breast diseases were treated with mammography,MRI examination and pathological diagnosis.Results:The diagnostic accordance rate of MRI combined with mammography was higher than that of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accordance rate of MRI combined with mammography was higher than that of mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mammography combined with MRI examination could improve the diagnostic accuracy of elderly patients with breast cancer.
