滤器保护下置管溶栓治疗产后下肢深静脉血栓的护理

Nursing care of patients with postpartum lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treated by thrombolytic therapy under filter tube

目的:探讨滤器保护下置管溶栓治疗产后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的护理。方法:在置管溶栓期间要做好溶栓导管的护理,密切监测凝血指标,观察有无出血倾向,做好患肢的护理,采取有效措施预防肺栓塞等并发症的发生。结果:经积极的治疗护理措施,患者临床症状消失,下肢静脉造影显示血管通畅,患者无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论:滤器保护下置管溶栓,具有溶栓效率高、用药量小、出血风险小、并发症少等优点。

Objective:To explore the nursing care of patients with postpartum deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs treated by thrombolytic therapy under filter protection.Methods:The nursing of thrombolytic catheter should be done well during the catheter thrombolysis,closely monitoring the index of coagulation,observing the tendency of bleeding,nursing of the affected limbs,taking effective measures to prevent the occurrence of complications such as pulmonary embolism.Results:The patient's clinical symptoms disappeared,the lower extremity venography showed that the blood vessels were unobstructed,and the patients had no serious complications and the curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:Thrombolytic therapy under the protection of filter tube has the advantages of high thrombolysis efficiency,small dosage,low bleeding risk and few complications.
