有机磷农药中毒临床急诊中使用针对性护理干预的效果

Nursing intervention in clinical emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的:探讨有机磷农药中毒临床急诊中使用针对性护理干预的效果。方法:收集临床急诊科有机磷农药中毒患者80例,随机均分为A组与B组。两组患者均完成相关的治疗及护理。观察两组患者的治愈率以及护理满意度情况。结果:B组患者效果优于A组。结论:对有机磷农药中毒患者采用针对性护理有利于提高患者治愈率,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:80 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning received nursing intervention and other treatment in clinical emergency department were selected,they were randomly divided into the B group and the A group.Then compared the cure rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups,after the patients in the two groups completed related nursing.Results:The effect of the B group was better than that of the A group.Conclusion:For patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,nursing care is beneficial to improve the cure rate and improve patient satisfaction.
