临床护理路径用于老年股骨头坏死围手术期护理的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of clinical nursing pathway on perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with femoral head necrosis

目的:探讨临床护理路径用于老年股骨头坏死围手术期护理的效果。方法:收治老年股骨头坏死患者50例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者实施传统护理干预,试验组患者实施临床护理路径。结果:试验组患者的护理满意度各维度得分均高于对照组,髋关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可以提高接受手术治疗的老年股骨头坏死患者的住院满意度,改善髋关节功能情况。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods:50 cases of senile avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were carried out the clinical nursing path.Results:The scores of nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of hip joint function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway can improve the hospitalization satisfaction of elderly patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head and improve the function of hip joint.
