摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀在实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:将110名护士实习生随机分为两组。研究组给予人文关怀带教方式,对照组给予传统带教方式。比较两组护士实习生的考核成绩、教师工作满意度及其对教师关怀感知。结果:研究组护士实习生的理论考试成绩、实习考试成绩以及综合素质评价成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组护士实习生的带教素质、带教水平、带教态度以及带教效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组护士实习生的师生关系、教学环境营造、教师特性、师生互动以及教学方法显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在护士实习生带教中应用人文关怀可以提升其实际操作能力、综合素质及对带教教师的工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care in the teaching of interns.Methods:110 cases of nursing students were divided into two groups randomly.The research group was given the way of humanistic care,and the control group was given the traditional way of teaching,and the examination results of nursing students,the satisfaction of teachers'work and the perception of teachers'care between the two groups were compared.Results:The results of theoretical examination,intern test and comprehensive quality evaluation of the nursing students in the research group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The teaching quality,teaching level,teaching attitude and teaching effect of nursing students in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The relationship between teachers and students,the construction of teaching environment,teachers'characteristics,teacher-student interaction and teaching methods in the control group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in intern teaching could improve the practical operation ability,comprehensive quality and job satisfaction of nursing teachers.
