基层社区卫生服务机构服务能力分析

Analysis of service capacity of community health service institutions at the grass-roots level

目的:探讨基层社区卫生服务机构服务能力。方法:分析2012-2016年大兴区上报北京市社区卫生服务常规监测系统部分数据。结果:大兴区常住人口年均增长速度高于北京市,社区卫生服务机构设备配置逐渐完善,社区卫生服务机构在岗人员、卫生技术人员年均增长速度高于北京市,社区卫生服务机构门诊量平均增长速度低于北京市。结论:5年来大兴区基层社区卫生服务中心人员及设备配置逐步完善、服务能力逐步提升。

Objective:To explore the service capacity of community health service institutions at the grass-roots level.Methods:The data of routine monitoring system of community health service in Beijing reported by Daxing District in 2012-2016 years were analyzed.Results:The average annual growth rate of resident population in Daxing district was higher than that of Beijing.The equipment allocation of community health service institutions in Daxing district was gradually improving.The average annual growth rate of in-service staff and health technicians of community health service institutions in Daxing District was higher than that in Beijing.The average growth rate of outpatient volume in community health service institutions in Daxing District was lower than that in Beijing.Conclusion:In the past 5 years,the allocation of personnel and equipment in primary community health service centers of Daxing district had been improved gradually and service capabilities had been improved gradually.
