摘要
目的:分析基于团队的教学法在病原生物学教学中的临床价值。方法:临床专业学生46例,随机分为两组。观察组给予TBL教学方法,对照组给予传统教学法,比较两组学生理论知识、操作技能考核情况、及格率。结果:观察组理论知识考核总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论实践总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学法应用于病原生物学教学中可促使学生更好地掌握理论知识、操作技能。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of team based learning in pathogen biology.Methods:A total of 46 cases of clinical students were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was given TBL teaching method,while the control group was given the traditional teaching method,and the theoretical knowledge,operation skills examination and passing rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total score of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of theoretical practice in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The passing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TBL teaching method in pathogen biology could help students acquire theoretical knowledge and operation skills better.
