大数据是对当前信息技术发展状态的概括和新描述,大数据正在重构人类的生产生活方式与社会治理机制。司法大数据是法院极为重要和宝贵的信息资源,在司法工作中运用好大数据对于推动审判管理科学化具有重大的意义。我国各级人民法院在运用大数据提升审判管理水平上取得了不小的成就,但也面临比较严峻的挑战与障碍。为促进审判管理的科学化,人民法院应完善信息平台建设,实现司法数据的互通共享;提高司法数据采集处理能力,全面收集存储司法数据信息资源,大力推进司法数据的精准分析、深度发掘与运用;建立质效型运维保障机制,进一步健全信息安全保障体系。

Big Data is a summary and a new description of the current state of the information technology and it is reconstructing the human productive and life styles and the social governance mechanism.Judicial Big Data is an important information resource of the court and the effective use of the data in the field of judicial work will significantly promote the scientific management of trials.While the people’s courts at all levels in China have made great progress in this respect,they also face severe challenges and obstacles.To further promote the scientific management of trials,the people’s court must improve the construction of information platforms so that judicial data are connected and shared;enhance the ability to collect and process judicial data so that the data is more comprehensively stored,more precisely analyzed,and more widely utilized;build a qualified and efficient operation and maintenance mechanism so that information security is guaranteed.
