Song Critics' Contribution to the Confirmation of the Tang and Song Literary Classics

在文学经典研究中,如何确认经典是关键。确认文学经典应该充分重视权威专家的意见,凡是被历代诗话文话词话等高度赞誉的作品,都有成为经典的可能。从《历代文话》中搜集到119篇被宋代批评家高度赞誉的唐宋文,并对这119篇文章的作者、这些作品的评判者以及评判标准进行了定量与定性研究,认为这些文章的创作者皆为唐宋一流的大家,评判者皆为宋代的舆论领袖,他们以体、气、意、法作为评判作品是否为佳作的标准。

In the study of literary classics,it is vital to identify classics.The author of this paper advocates that the confirmation of literary classics should fully respect the opinions of authoritative experts,thus all works that have been highly praised by ancient critics have the possibility to become classics.The paper has collected 119 essays from of the Tang and Song dynasties that were highly praised by the Song dynasty critics,and conducted a quantitative and qualitative study on the authors,the critics of these works,and the evaluation criteria.The study finds that all the authors of these articles are first-rate writers in the Tang and Song dynasties;the critics are all public opinion leaders in the Song dynasty;and the criteria that are used to measure masterpieces style,consistence,idea,and method.
