我国绿色城镇化发展的金融支持路径选择

The Choice of Financial Support Path for the Development of Green Urbanization in China

本文选取我国人口转移、生态经济、环境治理和社会服务4个方面构建绿色城镇化发展评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法得到反映我国绿色城镇化发展水平综合指数以及环境、经济和社会三项分指数,通过建立VAR模型,实证分析金融发展规模与结构对绿色城镇化的动态支持效应,研究发现,绿色城镇化是一个动态发展过程,应调整金融支持方向,提高金融支持效率,充分发挥金融在绿色城镇化发展中的支持作用。

The paper selects four aspects of China’s population transfer,ecological economy,environmental governance and social services to build an evaluation index system for green urbanization development.The principal component analysis method is used to obtain a composite index reflecting the development level of green urbanization in China as well as environmental,economic,and social component index.On the basis and through the establishment of financial development scale and efficiency and the comprehensive index of green urbanization development,as well as VAR model of environmental,economic and social indicators,and using cointegration tests,Granger causality and impulse response functions etc.,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the dynamic support effect of financial development scale and structure on the green urbanization.
