精准脱贫视角下区域农业发展调查

The Empirical Investigation on the Development of Regional Gobi Agriculture from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

党的十九大明确提出,今后3年要重点抓好决胜全面建成小康社会的防范化解重大风险、精准脱贫、污染防治三大攻坚战。本文以甘肃酒泉为例,分析了戈壁农业发展现状,指出了戈壁农业发展面临的问题,提出了相应的路径选择。

The 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that focuses should be placed on three tough task of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the next three years,including preventing and dissolve financial risks,targeted poverty alleviation and pollution control.Taking the major battlefields of targeted poverty alleviation Gansu province as the example,based on the effective practice of developing Gobi agriculture to alleviate poverty in Jiuquan city,the paper analyses the current situation of the development of Gobi agriculture,finds out the problems and proposes the solving path.
