The Analysis on the Local Fiscal Policy Support for Credit Supply in Ningxia

近年来,宁夏财政对融资主体的支持措施逐渐从直接奖补转变为以贴息、担保、转贷资金等为杠杆撬动金融资源投入。这一举措畅通了货币政策传导渠道,有效提升了实体经济有效信贷需求,撬动金融机构持续加大信贷投放力度,信贷增长对经济增长的拉动作用越来越明显。本文围绕地方财政支持政策撬动信贷投放的效果问题进行分析并提出建议。

In recent years,the fiscal support measures in Ningxia have gradually changed from direct subsidy to using discount interest,guarantee and loan transfer funds as the leverage to input financial resources.The measures have smoothed the transmission channel of monetary policy,effectively increased the effective demand for credit in the real economy,and encouraged financial institutions to continue to increase the credit supply.The cedit growth has played an increasingly significant role in promoting the economic growth.The paper analyzes the effects of the local fiscal support policies on credit supply and puts forward some suggestions.
