本文较为系统地总结了全球主权财富基金发展的历程、现状及经验,全面分析了当前我国主权财富基金发展中主要面临的外生和内生问题与挑战,结合我国经济金融改革发展实际、全球经济复苏整体状况,就我国主权财富基金发展提出相关政策建议。

The paper systematically summarizes the history,current situation and experience of the development of global sovereign wealth fund,and also comprehensively analyzes the exogenous and endogenous problems and challenges in the development of China’s sovereign wealth fund.Combined with the practice of China’s economic and financial reform and development,the overall situation of global economic recovery,some policy suggestions are put forward to avoid the market risk,increase the investment returns and improve the governance mechanism of China’s sovereign wealth fund while absorbing the more mature experience of global sovereign wealth fund at the same time.
