本文参考主要发达国家银行风险处置机制建设的典型经验,提出完善风险处置的法律体系;明确风险处置中监管机构的权力配置;创新处置手段,强化市场化处置等政策建议,以期完善我国商业银行风险处置机制构建。

With reference to the typical experience of the risk resolution regimes of major developed countries,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on constructing the risk resolution regime of commercial banks in China.
