An Investigation on the Implementation Effect of Pricing Mechanism Reform Policy on Bank Card Fee——A Case of Weinan City in Shaanxi Province

为评估2016年银行卡刷卡手续费定价机制改革新规的实施效果及其对相关利益主体的影响,本文对渭南辖区11家银行业金融机构进行了调研,针对商户换签、商户受益等进行了分析,并给出了切实可行的政策建议,对于进一步规范银行卡产业健康发展有积极意义。

order to evaluate the implementation effect of new rules of pricing mechanism reform policy on bank card fee in 2016 and its impact on relevant stakeholders,the paper conducts an investigation on 11 banking financial institutions in Weinan city,analyzes business signature exchange and the merchants interests,and puts forward pragmatic policy suggestion,which will have a positive significance to further standardize the sound development of the bank card industry.
