穿刺置管引流微创手术在乳腺脓肿中的治疗价值研究

Study on the value of minimally invasive surgery with puncture and drainage for breast abscess

目的探讨穿刺置管引流微创手术在乳腺脓肿中的应用。方法选择深圳市盐田区人民医院2015年6月至2017年2月收治的72例乳腺脓肿患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各36例,对照组患者采用传统切开引流术,观察组采用穿刺置管引流微创术,对两组患者治疗效果、术后恢复情况进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,对照组为97.22%,两组患者治疗效果无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者术后VAS评分、换药次数、伤口愈合时间、瘢痕长度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿刺置管引流微创术治疗乳腺脓肿效果满意,且穿刺置管引流微创术瘢痕小,术后恢复快,能减少术后换药次数,能被更多患者所接受。

Objective To investigate the application of minimally invasive puncture and drainage in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with breast abscess treated in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group,the control group were treated with conventional incision and drainage,observation group were treated with percutaneous catheter drainage with minimally invasive surgery,The treatment effect and postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 100.00%in the observation group and 97.22%in the control group,and there was no signifi cant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The scores of VAS,change of dressing,time of wound healing and length of scar were signifi cantly different between the t wo groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive puncture and drainage for the treatment of breast abscess is satisfactory,and the minimal invasive incision with minimal scar and quick postoperative recovery can reduce the number of dressing change after operation,and can be accepted by more patients.
