肠梗阻的内科治疗体会

Medical treatment of 130 cases of intestinal obstruction

目的探讨内科保守治疗肠梗阻的临床应用价值。方法对安康市人民医院消化内科2015年9月至2017年9月收治的130例肠梗阻患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 130例肠梗阻经内科保守治疗后,117例梗阻解除,10例治疗无效转普外科手术治疗,3例放弃治疗。结论肠梗阻患者,一旦诊断明确,应立即禁饮食,行胃肠减压、通便灌肠等治疗解除梗阻,如内科治疗无效,应该在最短时间内转普外科手术治疗;而且早期的基础治疗,液体支持是矫正因肠梗阻所引起的全身生理紊乱的重要方法,能有效的提高治愈率,抢救患者生命。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of internal medicine in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods In our hospital in 130 cases of intestinal obstruction in our hospital from 2015.09 to 2017.09 were retrospectively analyzed.130 cases of intestinal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results One hundred and thirty cases of intestinal obstruction after medical conservative treatment,117 cases of obstruction relief,10 cases of invalid treatment,transferred to Department of general surgery surgery.Conclusion Intestinal obstruction patients,once diagnosed,should be fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,laxative enema treatment to remove the obstruction,such as medical therapy,surgical treatment should be transferred to the department of general surgery in the shortest time;basic treatment and early,liquid support is an important method of systemic physiological disorder due to intestinal obstruction caused by the correction.Can effectively improve the cure rate,to save the lives of patients.
