某院外科门诊质子泵抑制剂的应用情况分析

Analysis of the application of PPI in surgery clinic of a hospital

目的分析某院外科门诊质子泵抑制剂的应用情况,为规范外科用药提供参考。方法运用EXCEL软件,分析应用质子泵抑制剂的患者情况、科室分布、合理性分布等,并采用限定日剂量(defined daily dose,DDD)法对质子泵抑制剂的用药频度(defined daily doses,DDDs)、日均费用(defined daily consumption,DDC)和序号比值等数据进行统计分析。结果外科门诊应用质子泵抑制剂的患者在年龄方面有显著性差异(P<0.05);使用科室集中在急诊外科;注射用兰索拉唑在外科门诊应用最频繁;无指征用药是该药不合理使用的主要原因;联合用药可增加治疗效果,但也存在不合理情况。结论该院外科门诊应用质子泵抑制剂较为合理,但存在的不合理问题应尽快解决,尤其是无指征用药。建议医师严格把握适应证用药,药师严格审核处方,发现问题及时与医师沟通,共同促进合理用药。

Objective To analyze the application of proton pump inhibitor in surgery clinic of a hospital and provide a reference for rational use of drugs.Methods The application of PPI was analyzed by EXCEL software in regard to outpatients,departments,reasonability,etc.By means of(defi ned daily dose,DDD)the analysis results about(defi ned daily doses,DDDs),(defi ned daily consumption,DDC),and serial number ratio would be found.Results There was a significant difference in age between patients with the application of PPI.The use of PPI was concentrated in emergency surgery clinic.The lansorazole injection was the most frequently used in surgery clinic.No indication of drug use was the main reason for the unreasonable use of this drug.Drug combination could improve the therapeutic effect,but there were also some unreasonable situations.Conclusion The application of PPI was reasonable to some extent in surgery clinic of the hospital.Yet problems of unreasonable use should be solved,especially unwarranted drug use.Clinicians should master the indications of drug use seriously,pharmacists ought to pay more attention to censoring the prescriptions and contact with clinicians in time when discovering the irrational use of drugs.Only in this way could we promote rational use of drugs.
