长沙市护士执业环境现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Status and Influencing Factors of Nurses' Practice Environment in Changsha

目的:调查长沙市护士执业环境现状,探索影响社区护士执业环境的因素。方法:采用自行设计问卷,运用分层整群抽样方法,对长沙市48家医疗机构492名护士进行执业环境调查。结果:护士执业环境总均分为(2.67±0.44)分;二级以上医院与社区服务中心在总均分、团队文化、自身素质发展、自我成就感方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗机构、性别、每周下班延迟次数、薪酬福利可能为护士执业环境的影响因素。结论:长沙市护士执业环境优势与问题并存,受多种因素制约,改善护士执业环境需多途径多手段综合进行。

Objective:To investigate and explore the current situation and influencing factors of nurses′practice environment in Changsha.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the practice environment of 520 nurses in 48 medical institutions in Changsha.Results:The nurses′practice environment was(2.67±0.44)points;the difference between the second-level hospitals and the community service centers in terms of total score,team culture,self-quality development,and self-satisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.05);Medical institutions,gender,weekly work delays and benefits may be the factors influencing of nurses′practice environment.Conclusion:The advantages and problems of nurses′practice environment coexist in Changsha,which are restricted by many factors.To improve the nurse′s practice environment,we need to integrate multiple ways and means.
