护理干预对糖尿病患者依从性影响的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Nursing on Compliance of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者依从性影响的Meta分析。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价的方法,计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术文献总库、万方数据库和维普数据库,收集2005年1月~2017年12月关于护理干预对糖尿病患者依从性运用的病例对照研究。运用Meta分析方法对纳入的12篇文献资料进行综合分析,然后提取相关数据,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对数据进行分析。结果:通过检索后纳入12篇对照研究,共有1056例患者,其中试验组535例,对照组521例。通过Meta分析得出:服药依从性[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.21,1.34)],疾病相关知识掌握结果合并RR值为1.14(95%CI:1.06~1.22),饮食控制[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.19,1.44)],知晓治疗方法[RR=1.43,95%CI(1.22~1.69)],了解疾病并发症相关知识[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.29~1.86)]等方面干预组具有优势。结论:护理干预可以提高糖尿病患者依从性,积极改善各项遵医行为,从而促使血糖得到良好控制,临床应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the Meta analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on compliance of diabetic patients.Methods:Using the method of Cochrane systematic review,the Chinese biomedical literature database,the Chinese academic literature database,the Wanfang database and the Weipu database were searched.A case-control study on the use of nursing interventions for diabetes patients from January 2005 to December 2017 was collected.The meta-analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the 12 literatures,and then the relevant data were extracted.The data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:After the search,a total of 1056 patients were included in the study,including 535 in the experimental group and 521 in the control group.According to the meta-analysis,the experimental group has advantages in medication compliance[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.21,1.34)],disease-related knowledge combined with RR value of 1.14(95%CI:1.06~1.22),diet control[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.19,1.44)],know how to treat[RR=1.43,95%CI(1.22~1.69)],understand the knowledge of disease complications[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.29~1.86)].Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve compliance of diabetic patients,and actively improve various compliance behaviors,thereby promoting blood sugar to be well controlled,and the clinical application effect is remarkable.
