The Research on the Business Development of Local Asset Management Companies under the New Situation

在供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,我国新一轮债转股加速落地,同时随着对地方资产管理公司的监管松绑,地方资产管理公司发展迎来新的机遇期。文章梳理了地方资产管理公司的发展历程,分析了其主要业务和典型模式,从以不良资产经营为主业的同时扩展业务范围、进一步拓宽资金来源、发挥宏观审慎逆周期调控作用等三个方面提出了地方资产管理公司业务发展的建议。

Under the background of the supply-side structural reform,a new round of debt to equity swap in China has accelerated the entering into force.At the same time,with the deregulation of local asset management companies,they will usher in a new developmental opportunity.The paper reviews the development process of local asset management companies,and analyzes their main business and typical models.At last,some suggestions on the development of the local asset management companies are put forward from three aspects such as expanding the business scope with the operation of financial non-performing assets as the main business,widening the source of funds and playing the role of macro prudential counter cycle regulation.
