摘要
部分垃圾焚烧烟气干法脱酸处理工艺中急冷塔会出现湿灰、湿壁、湿底及堵灰现象。根据现场情况及对运行工艺的分析,进行了优化设计,达到了其功能要求,为类似项目的改造和设计提供了参考。
The quench tower may occur the wet ash、wet wall、wet bottom and ash blocking up in flue gas dry deacidification process of some garbage incinerations.According to the practical situation and the analysis of operation process,the paper optimizes the design to achieve its functional requirements,and provides the references for the reformation and design of other similar projects.
