摘要
介绍了河湖黑臭水体的等级划分和判定方法,以及河湖水体黑臭的主要原因,提出了黑臭水体治理的基本思路和治理过程中需重点关注的问题。
This paper introduces the grade division and determination methods of the black and malodorous water body,and the main causes of formation of the black and malodorous water body in rivers and lakes,puts forward the basic considerations on the control of the black and malodorous water body and the key concerning problems in the control course.
