制药厂环保工艺设备的选择要符合制药厂污染物特点,在保证环境治理效果的同时,保护药厂内部的经济利益。高温蒸气干燥设备能够有效干燥制药废渣和废水污泥,能将含水率64%废水污泥干燥至含水率40%以下,将含水率72%废药渣干燥至含水率10%以下。二者等比例混合干燥出料含水率约20%,满足焚烧处理工艺要求。同时,干燥使用的蒸气热源来自药渣和污泥的焚烧余热,符合节能环保的理念。

The selection of the technical equipment of environmental protection in the pharmaceutical plant must accord with the pollutant characteristics in the pharmaceutical plant and safeguard the inner economic benefits of the pharmaceutical plant while guaranteeing the effect of environmental control.The high temperature steam&drying apparatuses can efficiently desiccate the pharmaceutical waste residues and wastewater sludge,can desiccate the wastewater sludge with containing water rate of 64%to the containing water rate of 40%below,and can desiccate the waste drug residue with containing water rate of 72%to the containing water rate of 10%below.The both inverse proportion and mixed desiccating outlet feeds contain water rate about 20%and meet the demands of the incinerating treatment process.At the same time,the steam heat sources come from the incinerating surplus heat of drug residue and sludge,and accord with the ideas of energy saving and environmental protection.
