Research on High-strength Gypsum Technology from Calcium Process Denitration and Linking Production α Type

盐水精制工段中以钙法除硝生产的二水石膏为原料,经原料预处理,水热法转晶,固液分离,快速干燥,粉磨改性后得到α型高强石膏粉,其产品强度高,力学性能到达α50等级。

In the salt refining section,dihydrate gypsum produced by calcium process denitration is used as the raw materials.Through pretreatment of raw materials,crystal transmutation by hydrothermal method,solid-liquid separation,rapid drying and after powder grinding modification,α-high strength gypsum powder can be obtained.The mechanics properties of the products can reach atα50 grade.
