牙周病患者种植牙手术前后应用盐酸米诺环素软膏46例疗效分析

目的研究盐酸米诺环素软膏在牙周病患者种植牙手术前后的应用价值。方法选取医院2015年至2017年收治的92例行种植牙手术的牙周病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。在种植牙手术之前对所有患者进行牙周基础治疗,术前及术后观察组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组采用碘甘油治疗。结果观察组的牙齿松动度、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)及牙龈指数(GI)的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术后愈合和感染情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周病患者在进行种植牙手术期间,在牙周常规治疗基础上,配合使用盐酸米诺环素软膏可稳定病情,降低术后感染,提高临床效果。

Objective To study the application value of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in periodontal disease.Methods 92 patients with periodontal disease treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.All patients were treated with periodontal treatment before dental implant surgery,and the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment,while the control group was treated with iodine glycerin.Results The improvement of tooth loosening,PD,GI in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the healing and infection in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal disease patients during the dental implant surgery,on the basis of routine periodontal treatment,combined with the use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment can stable condition,reduce the postoperative infection,improve the clinical effect.
