拜尔坦泡沫敷料在预防肿瘤患者难免性压疮中的应用与护理干预

目的观察拜尔坦泡沫敷料在预防肿瘤患者难免性压疮中的应用与护理干预效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年10月医院收治的肿瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用配合常规护理干预,研究组采用拜尔坦泡沫敷料并配合护理干预。结果研究组难免性压疮发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05);研究组未发生Ⅳ级难免性压疮,对照组各级难免性压疮均有发生(P<0.05);研究组患者护理翻身时间间隔长于对照组(P<0.05),且发生压疮后的感染控制时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论拜尔坦泡沫敷料联合护理干预可提高预防肿瘤患者难免性压疮患者满意度,且方法简单、治疗有效率高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the application and nursing intervention effect of baultan foam dressing in preventing cancer patients.Methods From March 2016 to October 2017,80 tumor patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the study group was given PE foam dressings and comply with nursing intervention,the control group was treated with cooperate with routine nursing intervention.Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcers was 7.50%.Which was lower than 45.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The care roll over time interval in the study group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The infection control time in the study group after pressure ulcers was less than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baultan foam dressing and nursing intervention for prevention of tumor patients patients'satisfaction,and the method is simple with high efficient treatment,it is worthy of promotion.
